Our Team
Our caring team is the heart of our dental clinic. We are passionate about helping patients feel relaxed and confident during every visit. With years of experience and a commitment to continuing education, our dentist and staff work together to deliver gentle, high-quality dental care for the whole family.
Dr. Mina Hanna has been in the field of dentistry for over 17 years. He graduated with a Bachelor of Bio-Medical Science (B.S.) degree from the University of South Florida in 2004. He attained his Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from Temple University in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania in 2009. Upon graduating dental school he worked for the Florida Department of Health in Polk County until 2012. He then moved on to become the Dental Director of a Non-for Profit FQHC in Pinellas County where he worked until he opened his private practice in 2019. He enjoys cosmetic dentistry and modern dental techniques. In his free time, Dr. Hanna enjoys traveling the world. He has visited over 20 countries and is looking forward to visiting many more. Dr. Hanna also enjoys watching the Tampa Bay Lightning and trying out new restaurants.
Eli is a dedicated dental hygienist with years of clinical experience and a gentle, patient- centered approach to care. She is passionate about helping patients achieve and maintain healthy smiles while ensuring every visit is comfortable and stress- free.
As a mother of two young children, Eli has developed a natural sense of patience and understanding that allows her to connect easily with patients of all ages, especially those who feel anxious about dental visits. She takes pride in creating a calm, supportive environment where patients feel heard, respected and well cared for.
Eli believes that great dental care goes beyond clean teeth, it's about building trust, educating patents, and making every person feel confident about their smile.
Emily brings over 10 years of experience to our team. She enjoys spending quality time with her husband and son, and is deeply committed to providing every patient with compassionate care, exceptional quality, and a comfortable dental experience.
Luyen is a Certified Dental Assistant since 2022. She completed her studies
at Hillsborough Community College, where she developed the knowledge and
skills that support her passion for dentistry and patient care.
Luyen enjoys the strong sense of teamwork in our office and is dedicated to providing exceptional care to every patient. She works closely alongside Dr. Hanna to help create a positive and comfortable dental experience.
Luyen ensures that patients feel at ease throughout their entire treatment process and is always happy to answer any question they may have about their procedures.
Irina has been a dental assistant since September of 2025. Irina is very passionate about her work and dedicated her energy to providing attentive care and comfort to patients.
Irina loves to travel and learning about counties and their history which helps broaden her perspective and understanding of different cultures.
Baking helps Irina relax, recharge and express her creativity.

Sierra has served as an assistant since August 2025, bringing a strong sense of compassion to every patient interaction—especially for those who may feel anxious about their visit. Her empathetic approach helps create a more comfortable and reassuring experience, often transforming the overall tone of an appointment.
In addition to her patient-focused care, Sierra brings several years of customer service experience, including work in escalations, billing, and credit card fraud resolution. This diverse background allows her to communicate effectively, handle sensitive situations with professionalism, and provide a high level of support to both patients and the team.
Outside of work, Sierra enjoys spending quality time with her family and supporting their growth as they build a strong and promising future together. She also enjoys dining out, exploring new restaurants in her free time and running a few businesses of her own.
